Rudra runs the full Product Forge Pipeline: opportunity discovery → scoring → building → auditing → launching → revenue tracking. 9-phase pipeline with qualitative and quantitative layers. Products are primarily Next.js + Firebase/Supabase, deployed to Cloudflare Pages.
Business model: “Commodity Foundation + AI Moat” — data acquisition via APIs + Claude API intelligence layered on top. Build time: ~30 min per product after the first.
